How often should I change the PP filter?
This is user dependent. On average every 4-6 weeks is sufficient. See guidelines on our service and maintenance page.

Is the water hygienic to use for multiple users?
Yes. Nebula ice baths all have all multi-stage filtration systems which means the water is kept fresh and clean for multiple users, even those high frequency users like gyms and spas.
Do I need to use any chemicals in the water?
This is not required. The filtration system works extremely well, even with high volume of users per day.
What happens if I don't change the filters?
The water may eventually turn cloudy. The filter may clog up. You may experience a low pressure alarm due to a full filter.
How often does the water need to be changed?
This depends on the volume of usage per day and if installed indoor or outdoor. For residential ice baths, the water would need to be changed approximately every 4-6 weeks.

Yes, we have a dedicated technical team located within the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the UK for servicing and after sales support. Maintenance packages are available.
