Common Questions
What exactly can be customised on the ice bath?
Almost everything. Shape, size, material, finishing, filtration, lighting, branding, seating configuration.
I only have a specific space for the ice bath, can you design around it?
Absolutely. During the consultation and site survey process, we will advise the best solution for your space.
Can we place the chiller in a separate plantation room?
Yes. If the plantation room is further than 10m from the tub, further testing will be required within our warehouse for the exact distance you require.
Can you use different cladding to match our interior design vision?
We strongly advise if you have specific cladding you are using within the area, you continue with the same contractor for the ice bath cladding too. We can provide the ice bath un-cladded.
Can the ice bath be built for within the ground?
The tub can go in the ground yes. If the chiller is also required to be installed in the ground, there must be enough space surrounding the chiller for ventilation. This can be discussed during the consultation.
What is the lead time for custom requirements?
Typically, around 4-8 weeks. This may vary depending on the level of custom work required. A more accurate lead time will be provided at time of quotation and invoicing.
Can the cooling performance be customised?
It can be yes, however testing may be required depending on the requirement.
Do bespoke products come with warranty?
Yes. 2 year manufacturers warranty is included. Details will be provided during time of quotation.
