2-Year Limited Warranty

Nebula is pleased to offer a comprehensive 2-year Limited Warranty, applicable to our range of residential and commercial ice baths. This warranty underscores our dedication to delivering quality and ensuring your satisfaction.

What’s Covered

Our Limited Warranty encompasses the replacement of parts exhibiting workmanship defects and addresses malfunctions arising during standard usage. However, it’s important to note that the warranty does not extend to damages resulting from:

• The addition of chemicals to the water without written confirmation from Nebula.
• Overlooking filter care or avoiding replacement.
• Inadequate attention to low water flow rate.
• Restricted heat rejection unit airflow
• Electrical Brownouts/Blackouts
• Or any form of neglect or misuse

Additional Exclusions

Please be mindful of the following exclusions:

• The Limited Warranty is applicable only to defects discovered within the specified period and as long as the product remains in the possession of the original purchaser (or the original gift recipient).
• All parts covered under this warranty are warranted for 2 years from the date of delivery.
• Warranty or exchanges is excluded for non-paid invoices

Material Details

Our units are meticulously crafted using high-quality materials:

Stainless Steel Bathtub

Our units are meticulously crafted using high-quality materials: Each unit is built around a galvanized steel sub-frame with a stainless-steel tub. We use 304 stainless which supports exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion provided is correctly cared for.

African Teakwood

Each unit is finished with an African Teakwood top, which is treated to provide water resistance and perform in the Middle East ambient.

The wood is a natural material and may exhibit variations in colour, grain, or imperfections, which are considered natural and not defects.

Outdoor units may experience some weather-related wear despite the best maintenance efforts.

Wood surfaces may be susceptible to denting and scratching if not used and maintained correctly.

Any repairs related to wood are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

Please take note of these limitations:

• Specific components such as the condensing unit, water pump, UV lamp, and electrical control panel carry a 2-year warranty.
• The wooden top is also covered for 2 years.
• Replacement filters are available for purchase but are the customer’s responsibility. Nebula is not responsible for lost or damaged parts during filter replacement.
• Alterations, abuse, neglect, or misuse of the product will void the warranty.
• Proper maintenance, including avoiding the use of chemicals and harsh cleaning agents, is the customer’s responsibility.
• Use of non-genuine or non-original replacement parts or accessories will void the warranty.
• All repairs must be conducted by an approved Nebula service provider.

Service Details

Most warranty issues can be resolved over the phone with a Nebula engineer.

If on-site repair is necessary within the warranty period, part costs, shipping, and engineer costs are covered by Nebula, both within mainland UAE and with remote supervision for outside the mainland.

Most repairs can typically be completed within 2 hours.

Service Beyond Warranty

Beyond the warranty period, Nebula may offer phone support, but all associated costs, including parts, labour, and shipping, become the customer’s responsibility.
