Nebula Shipping Policy

Warehouse Pickup

You have the flexibility to choose warehouse and kerbside pickup for all our products. Pickup hours are available from Monday to Thursdays, running from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We kindly request that you schedule your pickup in advance with the Nebula team.

 

Shipping Options

Nebula offers a range of shipping choices, and in certain cases, third-party suppliers may manage our inventory and oversee product shipping.

 

UAE – Free Shipping

Take advantage of our complimentary delivery service within the UAE.

 

This service includes product delivery, Nebula positioning, removal of packaging, setup assistance, and a product overview. Prior to delivery, you will receive an email containing essential questions to ensure a secure and smooth delivery. If any concerns arise, our team will reach out to discuss alternative options.

 

International Shipping

Regrettably, we do not currently offer international shipping. If you require shipping outside the United Arab Emirates, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the goods from Nebula’s warehouse in Dubai. An additional cost will be added for crating the bath with wood protection for export.

 

International Customs:

All international orders are subject to local taxes and duties for which Nebula cannot be held responsible. Customs inspections for international orders are beyond our control.

 

Accessories/Spare Parts

For accessories and spare parts, a small shipping fee will be added at the time of inquiry or during website checkout.

 

Delivery Estimates

Delivery lead times are provided as best estimates only. Orders are processed and shipped exclusively on business days, which are from Monday to Friday.

 

Order Delays

In the rare event of delivery delays, we will promptly inform you and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
