Return/Refund Policy
It should be noted that we do not offer refunds or returns for the Nebula ice bath. Our commitment is to fix issues or handle warranty claims to ensure correct equipment operation, ensuring all our customers are fully satisfied.

Exchange Policy
If an issue cannot be resolved, you’re entitled to exchange your Nebula Ice Bath with a new one. Please request an exchange within 30 days of the fulfilment date, ensuring the item is in impeccable condition without excessive wear, damage, marks, or scratches.

How to Request an Exchange
To initiate the return procedure, contact us at info@nebula-me.ae. We will promptly provide authorization and arrange for the item’s collection. Nebula covers collection costs within the UAE, and we kindly request that you prepare the original packaging but refrain from re-packaging the product. During collection, a Nebula representative will carefully assess the item’s condition before carefully packing it for return to our workshop.

For international returns, please note that all associated shipping expenses, including customs taxes and duties, are the customer’s responsibility.

Exceptions and Inspection
The item undergoes a comprehensive inspection at the point of collection before an exchange is initiated. Any identified damage during this inspection will be documented and could be subjected to additional charges.

Exchange Processing Time
Upon the completion of the collection and inspection of the returned item, we will promptly initiate the exchange processing. Please allow up to 3 weeks for this process, depending on stock availability. Rest assured, you will be promptly notified via email once your return has been successfully processed.
