Maintenance Requirements

Maintenance Contract:

We strongly recommend a maintenance contract with Nebula to ensure seamless operation and warranty integrity. Nebula technicians provide four visits per year. With proper care and maintenance, your Nebula Ice Bath can last for over 10 years. When installed outdoors, always use the optional outdoor cover when not in use.

Maintenance Requirements:

• Clean the water line every month.
• Clean the condenser every three months.
• Empty the bath by 50% and refill it every month.
• When refilling, ensure the water temperature is below 30°C to prevent overheating.
• On extremely hot days, consider adding ice to lower the temperature below 30°C before restarting the bath.
• Fully empty the bath every 3-6 months, depending on usage.
• Replace the filter at least every 1-3 months, depending on usage. Use a 25 Micron filter.
• Replace the UV Bulb annually.
• Add an acid solution to reduce high alkaline levels to below 8.0 pH. Public water supply in the UAE is generally more alkaline (between 8 & 9 pH).

Do Not:

• Do not run the pump with the water level below 50%.
• Do not fill the water level above the Water Flow hole (the highest hole inside the bath).
• Avoid turning off the bath for extended periods with water inside, as this may cause pump corrosion.
• When leaving the bath for more than 3 days, leave it powered on in FILTER MODE to maintain water quality and prevent corrosion.
• Do not leave the outdoor cover off when the bath is not in use, especially when installed outdoors.
